  1. enter the check-in and check-out dates 

  2. then drop down the “Code Applied” button and enter the Group code: 39U9FW

  3. click the CLOSE button at the bottom of that box

  4. Hit the “Update/Search Rooms” button and the group rate will come up as available

PLEASE NOTE:

The group rate is only available online for the nights of 10/17, 10/18, 10/19, 10/20 and 10/21 – if you try to book pre or post dates, it will say the resort has no availability. Any pre/post stays will need to be made directly with the Resort by phone: (727) 726-1161 and ask for extension 7900/in-house reservations.

The group rate will show up at $201.00 - PLEASE IGNORE THIS. The group will NOT pay the $22 Resort Fee that is wrapping itself into the rate ($179 + 22 = $201.) Guests are not paying any deposit – only a credit card guarantee.

AIRPORTS

Safety Harbor Resort & Spa is conveniently accessible from two major airports:

TRANSPORTATION FROM AIRPORTS

Taxi Services: Available curbside at both airports. From TPA, fares start at $3.50 for the first 1/5 mile, plus $2.50 per additional mile, with a minimum fee of $20.

Rideshare Apps: Services like Uber and Lyft operate at both airports. An UberX from TPA to the resort averages $38 and takes about 22 minutes. 

Car Rentals: Both airports offer multiple car rental agencies for those preferring to drive themselves.

PEDESTRIAN FRIENDLY TOWN

All scheduled events will take place at the hotel except for the Awards Banquet on Tuesday evening, which NIFDA has secured bus transportation for.

Safety Harbor Resort & Spa is at the heart of the quaint town of Safety Harbor so there are restaurants, shopping, and entertainment all within walking distance.

Downtown Tampa and St. Petersburg are both a 30-minute drive away from the hotel.
